SRRC Certification Profile
SRRC is the State Radio Communications of the People's Republic of China(also known as SRRC certification) of the National Radio Management Committee. Since June 1, 1999, the Ministry of Information Industry(China Information Industry) has imposed regulations. All radio component products sold and used in China must obtain Radio Type Application Certification. The State Radio Monitoring Center(SRMC), formerly known as the State Radio Regulatory Committee(SRRC), is currently the only institution in mainland China authorized to test and certify radio model approvals.
At present, China has set a special frequency range for different types of radio transmission equipment, and not all frequencies can be used legally in China. In other words, all radio-transmitting equipment sold or used in its territory will have different frequencies. In addition, the applicant should pay attention to the scope of certain radio transmission equipment, not only to apply for a radio model approval certification ", but also to apply for approval of China's compulsory certification(CCC) or access permit(MII).
The National Radio Monitoring Center is a directly-affiliated institution of the Ministry of Information Industry of the People's Republic of China. It mainly undertakes radio monitoring and radio spectrum management work and is the support agency for China's radio management. The center consists of 10 offices, 1 national monitoring station, 8 national shortwave / satellite monitoring stations, 1 ultrashort wave monitoring station and 1 data backup center. The center has always been at the forefront of China's radio monitoring work, completed routine monitoring, equipment detection, spectrum research and other work, and repeatedly made outstanding achievements in many major monitoring tasks such as protecting the dedicated spectrum of civil aviation navigation and safeguarding radio information security during major national events. Has played an irreplaceable role in the National Radio management work.
