Introduction to American FCC Certification
The full name of the FCC is the Federal Communications Commission, and the Chinese is the Federal Communications Commission. Established by CommisationACT in 1934, it is an independent agency of the U.S. government and is directly responsible to the National Assembly. The FCC coordinates domestic and international communications by controlling radio, television, telecommunications, satellites and cables. Involving more than 50 states in the United States, Colombia, and the United States to ensure the safety of radio and wire communications products related to life and property, FCC's Engineering and Technology Department is responsible for the technical support of the committee. At the same time, it is responsible for equipment recognition affairs.

Benefits of FCC Certification
The Federal Communications Commission(FCC) regulates the import and use of radio frequency devices, including computers, fax machines, electronic devices, radio reception and transmission equipment, radio-controlled toys, telephones, personal computers, and other products that may harm personal safety. If these products are to be exported to the United States, they must be tested and approved by government-authorized laboratories in accordance with FCC technical standards. Importers and customs agents are required to declare that each radio frequency device meets the FCC standard, which is the FCC licence. At present, the United States has become China's second largest trading partner for several years in a row, and the trade volume between China and the United States has been rising year by year. Therefore, it can not be underestimated that the United States exports. The United States product technical standards, strict import regulations, understanding of the United States market access rules will help our products to further open up the United States market.

The type of self-certification manufacturer or importer ensures that its product has undergone the necessary testing to confirm that the product meets the relevant technical standards and maintains the test report. The FCC has the right to require the manufacturer to submit test data for equipment samples or products. Equipment suitable for self-verification includes commercial computers, TV and FM receivers, and industrial, scientific, and medical equipment used by non-public consumers of FCC Rule Part 18.
FCC Certification Compliance
1. The responsible party(usually the manufacturer or importer) tests the product at the FCC designated qualified testing agency to ensure that the equipment meets the relevant technical standards and maintains the test report. The FCC has the right to require the responsible party to submit the test data for the sample or product of the equipment. Equipment applicable to compliance declarations includes home computers and peripherals, civilian broadcast receivers, super-regenerative receivers, other receivers of FCC RulePart 15, television interface equipment, cable system terminals and industrial scientific and medical equipment for public consumers of Part 18.
2. The responsible party should have the following marks on the equipment: ID-certified FCC to review the samples(or photos) and test data submitted by the applicant, and authorize the equipment to have a FCC ID number if the requirements of the FCC rules are met. Equipment suitable for certification includes low-power transmitters such as cordless telephones, remote controls for automatic doors, radio-controlled toys and safety alarm systems, Part 15 equipment for intentional emission of radio-frequency energy, Part 18 industrial, scientific and medical equipment for public consumers, Automatic frequency conversion receivers and super-regenerative receivers, television interface equipment, and home computers and their peripherals.
3. The responsible party shall mark the equipment with the FCC ID: Note: If a device is suitable for two or three recognized categories, the responsible party shall choose. The responsible party(manufacturer or importer) will test the product at a qualified testing institution designated by the FCC and make a test report. If the product meets the FCC standards, the product will be labeled accordingly. Declare compliance with the FCC standard in the user use manual and retain the test report for FCC requests. Application ID first apply for an FRN to fill in other forms. If the applicant is applying for the FCC ID for the first time, you need to apply for a permanent Grantee Code. While waiting for FCC approval to distribute to the applicant Grantee Code, the applicant should take the time to test the equipment. The FCC should have approved the Grantee Code by the time all the material requested by the FCC is ready and the test report has been completed.
4. Applicants complete FCC Form 731 and Form 159 online with this Code, test report and required material. After the FCC received Form 159 and remittances, it began to accept applications for certification. The average time for FCC to process ID applications is 60 days. At the end of the acceptance, the FCC will send the FCC ID Original Grant to the applicant. After the applicant has obtained the certificate, it can sell or export the corresponding product.

If the applicant is applying for the FCC ID for the first time, you need to apply for a permanent Grantee Code. While awaiting FCC approval for distribution to the applicant Grantee Code, the applicant should urgently send the equipment to the FCC Authorized Laboratory(A2LA Authorized Laboratory: Huaco Testing) for testing. The FCC should have approved the Grantee Code by the time all the material requested by the FCC is ready and the test report has been completed. Applicants complete FCC Form 731 and Form 159 online with this Code, test report and required material. FCC ID authentication application method
