What is SASO certification?
SASO is the official abbreviation of the Saudi Standards Bureau. The so-called SASO certification is actually a supporting document that proves that the batch of products is a certificate that meets Saudi requirements; A document for customs clearance with Saudi importers.
SASO processing process
The processing of SASO certification is divided into 2 steps:
Step 1: Review of data:
1. RFC application form;
2. Manufacturer / Factory System Certificate;
3. Effective product detection report;
4. Final invoice or pro forma invoice;
5. Packing list;
6. Authorizations(if required);
Step 2: On-site inspection of goods, the main approved items are as follows:
A Visual surface quality of goods;
B Quantity(number of products, number of outpacks);
C Packaging(product self-packaging, product outsourcing);
D marking(product's own brand name marking);
E shipping mark(packing box shipping Mark information);
F Voltage(Saudi 220V or 380V);
G frequency(Saudi frequency 60Hz);
H Power
I Origin(manufacturer or importer, Made In China);
